Agilent Technologies’ Infiniium 9000 Series Oscilloscope Wins EDN China Innovation Award for Best Test and Measurement Product

The following product photos are available for use by the media, based on the Agilent Photography Use Policy.

The 9000 Series offers six models with bandwidths to 4 GHz, sample rates of 10 GSa/s and standard memory of 10 Mpts. Each comes with Windows XP Pro standard. And although this scope is just 9” deep and weighs only 25 pounds, it boasts an industry-leading 15” XGA LCD display.
