Agilent Technologies to Collaborate with ASTER for Seamless Test Coverage Analysis Across Test Platforms

The 9000 Series offers six models with bandwidths to 4 GHz, sample rates of 10 GSa/s and standard memory of 10 Mpts. Each comes with Windows XP Pro standard. And although this scope is just 9” deep and weighs only 25 pounds, it boasts an industry-leading 15” XGA LCD display.
