Agilent Technologies Unveils Industry’s First DDR2, DDR3 BGA Probe Solution for Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers

The W2636A DDR3 BGA probe adapter gives engineers direct signal access to the BGA package. This diagram shows a top (left) and bottom (right) view of the BGA probe adapter. The footprint of the top side is for DDR3 DRAM, and the footprint of the bottom side is for a PC board or DIMM card.
