Agilent Technologies Offers First Commercial Package to Extract Device Models from Semiconductor Process Targets

The new IC-CAP Target Modeling Package allows users to load CMOS process control monitor (PCM) data and efficiently display scaling and I-V diagrams for tuning, optimizing and extracting the device model. The package supports BSIM3, BSIM4, PSP and BSIMSOI models and supports major commercial simulators including Agilent’s ADS, Cadence Design Systems’ Spectre and Synopsys’ HSPICE.
