Agilent Technologies Introduces Free Phase-Locked Loop Analysis Software for Jitter Spectrum Measurements

The W2636A DDR3 BGA probe adapter gives engineers direct signal access to the BGA package. This diagram shows a top (left) and bottom (right) view of the BGA probe adapter. The footprint of the top side is for DDR3 DRAM, and the footprint of the bottom side is for a PC board or DIMM card.
