Agilent Technologies Announces Precision Clock Jitter-Analysis Software with Femto-Second Resolution

The Precision Clock Jitter Analysis (SSA-J) software is used in combination with Agilent's Signal Source Analyzer (SSA), and offers ultra-low jitter measurement capabilities with femto-second resolution on both random and periodic jitter.
